As specialists in Legal and Fiscal Literature we have established excellent connections with many Dutch and international publishers. In most cases we can locate and supply all books from our extensive stock.
Ordering
Our site contains over 30,000 books to choose from and is constantly updated.
Your order reference(s)
Each order has a reference number which appears on delivery notes and invoices .We can at all times trace your reference number by order or per individual item.
Supply and Delivery
We aim to supply all essential Legal Publications from stock. If not in stock, a delivery period of max. 10 days applies for Dutch language publications. Supply of international publications is dependant upon publishers and country of origin. We can advise accordingly before and after ordering if requested.
Subscriptions on books
Bookseries
Some books are printed in a series. Usually these books are offered at a discount if you are subscribed to the series. Ofcourse you can still buy these books seperately. If you are subscribed you can choose between 2 deliverymethods. First of all there's the 'regular' way if shipment straight to your postal adress for which the distributor will charge you shipping costs. Secondly we recommend you to let us handle the receiving of these books for you. We can actively guard your subscription and make sure you will never miss a new edition.
Reprintservice
For books that are not already part of a regular, publisher maintained bookseries, we offer a unique reprint service. If you subscribe to one of these books we will guerantee you that you will always have the most recent edition of this book.
Loose-leaf editions
Subscriptions
If you let us manage your loose-leaf subscriptions we will take care of communication with the publisher and we will make sure you will not accidentally miss an edition.
Single edition orders
Depending on availability we may be able to supply you with a single edition, without binding you to a subscription.
If you do have a subscription but you have not received one edition a single message to our subscriptions department will suffice. We will take care from it after that.
Billing
When we send you our bills we will split them by type of postal addresses of the subscriptions. We can send them to an office, a department (or a section of a department) or to a home address. You can group your subscriptions any way you want so we can order the bills accordingly.
Cancelling
When you want to cancel your subscriptions we will follow the rules of the publisher. Ofcourse we will

Billing
Most Dutch periodicals are being billed by the publisher at the start of the subscription period. Some periodicals are being billed quarterly even though you are subscribed for a full year. Jongbloed's billing frequency follows the publisher's. Non-Dutch publisher usually only start your subscription after payment has been received and they will not continue your subscription until they receive payment again. In that case Jongbloed will pay ahead at the end of the period so you will not have to worry about continueing your subscriptions.
Cancelling
When you want to cancel your subscriptions we will follow the rules of the publisher. Ofcourse we will cancel your subscription as soon as possible.

Unique services
Because we are the only legal speciallized booksellers in The Netherlands we can offer you unique services for which only we have the required knowledge and experience.
Library check-up
At your request we can check up on your company's library. If we think that there are books, periodicals or other products that would improve your library we will make an overview of recommendations. Ofcourse you are not bound to placing an order.
Subscription overview
If you want to we can send you complete overviews of all your subscriptions regularly or at your request. Those overviews will contain all payments over the current and last 3 years, grouped by subscription.
We can also produce detailed overviews of a specific periodical so you can see which persons or departments are subscribed to it.
